All individual and team development activities are facilitated by Chris Conradie from Dynamica Team and Leadership Development. Chris has an Honours Degree in Recreational Science and more than 10 years of experience in facilitating individual growth and/ or team development activities. Passionate about nature, most activities are done outdoors. He also always ensures that the activities are a lot of fun – guaranteeing learning through enjoyment.

Team building activities are facilitated by a qualified instructor, allowing for fun, getting to know one another, and moulding a group into a team.
